The Livelihood Gap
While childhood rehabilitation services exist, there has long been a critical gap for adult livelihoods. We bridge this through specialized skill training, sign language literacy, role mapping, and direct job placement.

X. Charles Prince
Post Graduate in Social Work (MSW)
Service for Children with Disabilities (2009 – 2018): Driven by a deep passion to serve the underprivileged, Charles began his career as a Social Worker at the Spastics Society of Tiruchirappalli. For nearly a decade, he worked extensively with children affected by Cerebral Palsy, conducting vital parental counseling, enrolling over 300 children in government social security schemes, and facilitating employment or self-employment for 30+ individuals.
Service for Youth with Disabilities (2018 – 2021): As Project Executive at Pan-India NGO's Trichy regional center, he coordinated across 6 district departments in Tamil Nadu to mobilize, skill, and place over 300 youth with Hearing Impairments and Physical Disabilities in leading corporate sectors including Retail, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Banking, Healthcare, and Hospitality.
District Level Leadership (TN Rights Project): Serving as District Program Officer for Tiruchirappalli District, he prepared the District Resource Directory, spearheaded the Social Registry survey of ~49,500 PwDs, and facilitated to establish 18 Block Level Service Centers and 4 Taluk Level Service Centers inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu in February 2025.

N. Elizabeth Jemima
M.Sc. in Rehabilitation Science
The Vision: Elizabeth envisioned a dedicated empowerment platform for Persons with Disabilities early in her youth. Supported by her family, she completed her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science at Holy Cross College, Trichy, exploring special schools, rehabilitation centers, and rural villages across Tamil Nadu to understand the ground realities faced by disabled children and their families.
First Steps & Sign Language Expertise: Starting her career as the sole Skill Trainer at the Pan-India NGO's Trichy project, she mastered Sign Language to teach deaf students directly. She personally trained and transformed the career skills of over 400+ youth with Hearing Impairments and Physical Disabilities.
Corporate Sensitization & Achievements: Beyond classroom training, Elizabeth conducts sensitization workshops for private sector employees and university students on disability management. She specializes in corporate role mapping to identify inclusive job roles. Her selfless dedication has earned her awards from Service Clubs and the Deaf Association in Trichy.
A New Beginning: She legally registered Cloud Foundation to fill the critical regional gap in youth disability employment, creating an empathetic shelter where candidates receive skill development, career guidance, and emotional counseling.
